Microsoft Windows 10 Free Upgrade

Sep 25, 2018  After this last update (Version 1511, OS Build 10586.164) my PC is automatically scrolling when I mouse over some (not all) scrollable windows. My M570 is now scrolling automatically. It is only doing this when plugged into a Windows 10 machine. I plugged it into a Windows 7 machine and it doesn't do this. All drivers are up to date and I took the mouse apart and nothing is wrong inside. This problem started this morning. I don't see any windows updates that have occurred recently. Reporting: uncontrollable scrolling - not the mouse - is it a virus?? This post has been flagged and will be reviewed by our staff. Thank you for helping us maintain CNET's great community.
